Physical Alertness

Physical Alertness

From Tasking to Dancing

We would like to ignite the spirit of improvisation. In this workshop we will play in different situations to awaken the body´s auto-poetic nature. The goal is to nurture our physicality and imagination. We will work with simple tasks that allow complexity and plurality of perspectives. By authentically relating to each other, we will step into physical dialogues and compose our responses instantly in space. At the end of this intensive workshop, we propose a longer group improvisation (1 hour) in order to test and develop one´s own strategies. Niveau is open.
